Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ForgeDreams AI website located at forgedreams.ai (the "Site") or engaging with any services provided by ForgeDreams AI, LLC ("ForgeDreams," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company.

By accessing the Site or submitting an idea or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Who We Are

ForgeDreams AI is an AI-powered startup studio that helps teens and young adults build apps and companies. We provide end-to-end support — including idea validation, app development, marketing, launch, and monetization strategy — and cover upfront costs in exchange for equity in the ventures we support. We are a faith-driven company committed to excellence, integrity, and community.

Eligibility

By using this Site or our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
• If you are between 13 and 17 years old, a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Site and any engagement with ForgeDreams AI.
• You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms, or a parent/guardian is agreeing on your behalf.
• Your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Our Services

ForgeDreams AI provides the following services to selected participants ("Founders"):

• Business idea review and validation
• AI-assisted app and product development
• Marketing strategy and social media support
• Launch coordination and go-to-market planning
• Monetization strategy and business coaching

All services are provided at no upfront cost to the Founder. In exchange, ForgeDreams AI receives an equity stake in the venture as outlined in a separate written agreement signed by all parties (and a parent or guardian, if the Founder is a minor) prior to any work commencing.

Acceptance is not guaranteed. Submitting an idea does not create any obligation on ForgeDreams AI to accept, develop, or invest in your venture. All decisions regarding participation are at our sole discretion.

Idea Submissions

When you submit a business idea or concept through our Site ("Submission"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No confidentiality obligation: Unless we have entered into a separate written confidentiality agreement with you, we are under no obligation to keep your Submission confidential. Please do not submit information you consider highly confidential or proprietary.
• No compensation for submissions: We do not pay for unsolicited ideas. Submitting an idea does not entitle you to any compensation, equity, or participation in ForgeDreams AI projects.
• Ownership of submissions: You represent that your Submission is your original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant ForgeDreams AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, and evaluate your Submission for internal purposes.
• No guarantee of response: We receive many submissions and may not be able to respond to every inquiry.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to ForgeDreams AI, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Any intellectual property developed jointly through a ForgeDreams AI partnership will be governed by the separate equity and partnership agreement executed between the parties. These Terms do not convey any IP rights related to joint ventures.

Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any individual or group
• Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful content

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and any information provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business or financial decisions.

ForgeDreams AI does not guarantee any particular business outcome for Founders who partner with us. Entrepreneurship involves inherent risk, and past results do not predict future success.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ForgeDreams AI, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services — including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForgeDreams AI, LLC and its members, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
